Culture, Arts and Refugees

Study Visits

Introduction

As part of the Peer Leadership Network on Culture, Arts & Refugees, participants had the opportunity to undertake a study visit in the UK or overseas. This professional opportunity enabled them to benefit through learning about new practices and approaches, exchanging expertise with other professionals, and gave them the chance to network, build new partnerships or strengthen old ones.

Some organised their study visits in pairs with a more organisational approach and others individually, some visited partner organisations from the network, others decided to explore new projects and meet service or advocacy agencies in the culture and / or refugee sectors. From Glasgow to Cairo and from the North East of England passing through Sweden to Brussels, all participants had exciting learning and sharing experiences.
