The Peer Leadership Network on Culture & Arts and Refugees project (PLN) was aimed at emerging- and mid-career leaders working in the field. At the beginning the group was formed by seventeen practitioners and managers of eleven cultural organisations, but through the year this changed: some were replaced by other colleagues due to work pressures, others were excused due to changes in circumstances, and also new people joined making the group more inclusive and diverse. By September the network was formed by an active group of fifteen cultural practitioners and managers who continued working together until the end the project, and would like to take their vision and ideas forward.
